    Please explain me more detail about how to create Paypal Account that can cash out of money in Cambodia and how Payoneer send Master Card to us. Thanks

      First u need to create Paypal USA. U can use fake address and telephone.. to create Paypal USA.
      Second, u need to create Payoneer. After u have Payoneer, u need to request for US Payment Service. After this approval you will get 1 USA Bank Account.
      Third: In paypal u can add bank, use the information of the bank u got in payoneer. Then you will become Paypal Verified.
      Fourth: wait till your payoneer MasterCard delivered to you. then if you need to withdrawmoney from Paypal u can transfer money from paypal to ur bank, then use Payoneer MasterCard to withdraw those money from ATM in Cambodia.
